Summary of Minutes 4-5-07

The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Bob Schabert in the Courtland Community Center on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at 8:30pm. All council members were present.

Schwartz made a motion to accept the agenda as proposed. Nielsen seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Schwartz made a motion to approve the written minutes of the March 1, 2007 city council meeting.

Kollmann seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Poehler made a motion to approve the bills for the month of March 2007. Schwartz seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Schwartz made a motion to approve the Lions club project for the city park in Courtland. Nielsen seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Schwartz made a motion to approve the renewal of the annual 3.2 beer licenses for the community center and the ball park for the Courtland Recreation Association. Kollmann seconded the motion.

Nielsen made a motion to adjourn. Schwartz seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

The meeting closed at 9:30pm.
