Minutes Summary 11-2-06

The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Bob Schabert in the Courtland Community Center on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 7:00pm. Council members present were Poehler, Kollmann & Voges. Councilman Schwartz was absent.

Voges made a motion to approve the amended agenda to include the Upper Riverview Addition under new business. Poehler seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Kollmann made a motion to approve the written minutes of the regular city council meeting held on October 5, 2006. Voges seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Poehler made a motion to pay the bills for the month of October 2006. Kollmann seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Kollmann made a motion to approve Ordinance 06-107 on Infrastructure in our city code update. Voges seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Voges made a motion to approve the Summary for Publication of Ordinance 06-107. Poehler seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Schabert made a motion to approve Ordinance 06-108 Public Nuisance code update. Voges seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Voges made a motion to approve the Summary for Publication of Ordinance 06-108. Kollmann seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

Poehler made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Voges seconded the motion. The motion carried with all in favor.

The meeting adjourned at 8pm.
